Bionique BioFET Platform
Bionique BioFET is a biosensing platform built on the integration of CMOS semiconductor technology and biotechnology.
The BioFET surface is functionalized with specific biomolecular probes. Target molecules bind selectively, generating an immediate electrical signal. This allows label-free, real-time detection without the need for additional reagents or signal amplification.
Because signal transduction depends on the binding event rather than the probe chemistry, a single chip architecture extends to proteins, DNA, and beyond — making BioFET a platform rather than a single assay.
